If you are anything like us, you will have a lot of questions. We hope we have covered any concerns you may have with our most frequently asked questions below.
Will I get the same cleaner every time?
Yes, once you are happy with the cleaner we allocate to you then they will become your permanent cleaner.
Can I pick the day and time I want my cleaner to work?
We will do everything we can to accommodate your request.
What tasks do you do?
Our cleaner will work with you based on your priorities and requirements.
What cleaning materials and equipment do you use?
We use your existing products and equipment; Why? because it's what the majority of our customers tell us they want and it gives you continuity and familiarity and eliminates cross contamination from one home to another. All that we ask is that you make sure all equipment supplied is in a safe working order and suitable for the work required.
How much does it cost?
Our pricing is simple we charge £12 per hour. We ask that weekly cleans are a minimum of 2hrs and fortnightly are a minimum of 3hrs.
What checks do you make?
For your safety and security all our cleaners are interviewed in their own homes and background and reference checks carried out.
To ensure the highest quality of service we regularly inspect our cleaners work first hand, and we continually monitor the satisfaction of our customers via feedback and questionnaires. Our cleaners are audited to make sure they continually deliver cleaning to the highest possible standards and exceptional customer service.
How do I let my cleaner know if I'm not satisfied?
You don't have to, we do. If you have any concerns at all just let us know and we'll ensure that it's addressed.
What happens if my cleaner is sick or on holiday?
We offer sickness and holiday cover for all of our customers; with just a few days’ notice, we can offer a continuation of your cleaning service. We also ask our cleaners to give you at least 2 weeks’ notice for any holidays they plan so you can decide if you want to have a temporary replacement.
When will my cleaner work?
Our standard operating working hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm, and you can specify within those hours when you would like your service. However, we may be able to accommodate out of hours cleaning by special arrangement.
What insurance do you carry?
Our cleaners are insured to carry out general cleaning in your home and we carry public and employee liability insurance of £2M.
Do I need to be home when the cleaner comes?
You decide; you can either be in the house at the agreed date & time or you can give the cleaner a set of keys.
What if I want to cancel my cleaning?
We ask that you give us one months’ notice in writing (not direct to the cleaner) so that we can make sure all the relevant paperwork is completed and that you are not charged beyond your final clean. You will need to make sure that your bank transfer or standing order is cancelled with your bank.
Are there any cleaning tasks you don't do?
Yes. For the safety of our cleaners, and to make sure our insurance cover is maintained whilst we are in your home; any other equipment, such as steam cleaners, wet vacuums, polishers etc. are classified as "specialist" equipment and cannot be used by our cleaner. We also instruct our cleaners not to use bleach or specialist oven cleaner kits and other specialist products or sprays as they may contain hazardous chemicals.
