1. Information we collect
We collect and process the following:
- Identity and contact data – name, email address, telephone number, postal address and postcode.
- Service data – details of cleaning enquiries and bookings, property information, preferences and access instructions.
- Enquiry data – anything you write in a contact or booking form, including the reason for your enquiry.
- Payment data – card details are processed by third-party providers. We never see or store full card numbers.
- Technical data – IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and the date and time of access.
- Recruitment data – if you apply for cleaning work, the information you send in support of that application.
Postcode and search activity
We log postcodes and search terms entered into the area finder so we can see where demand is and which areas to open next. We record the term, the page it was entered on, the browser type, a partially masked IP address and an anonymous session identifier. No name or email address is captured this way, and these logs are deleted automatically after 12 months.
2. How we collect it
- When you complete a contact, quote or booking form on our website or an area page.
- When you register interest in becoming an Area Manager.
- When you apply for cleaning work with a local team.
- When you email, call or message us or an Area Manager.
- When you use the website, through cookies and similar technologies.
3. How we use it, and our lawful basis
- Responding to your enquiry and passing it to the Area Manager who covers your postcode – steps prior to a contract, and legitimate interests
- Arranging and managing cleaning services – performance of a contract
- Processing payments and issuing invoices – performance of a contract, and legal obligation
- Assessing an Area Manager or cleaning-work application – steps prior to a contract
- Sending marketing, where you have asked for it – consent, which you can withdraw at any time
- Improving the website and understanding coverage demand – legitimate interests
- Meeting accounting, tax and other legal duties – legal obligation
We do not use the contact form to add you to a marketing list. If you enquire about a clean, we use your details to answer you and nothing else.
4. Who we share it with
We share personal data only where it is needed:
- With the independent Area Manager covering your postcode, so they can quote and deliver the work.
- With payment processors, for secure transactions.
- With our hosting, email and analytics providers, all under data protection terms.
- With regulators, law enforcement or courts where we are legally required to.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.
5. International transfers
As an Estonian company we hold data within the EEA or in countries covered by an adequacy decision. Where a transfer goes beyond that, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or another approved safeguard.
6. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to a booking – up to 12 months, then deleted.
- Customer and booking records – up to 6 years after the last interaction, to meet accounting and legal requirements.
- Marketing data – until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.
- Postcode and search logs – 12 months.
- Unsuccessful applications – up to 12 months.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct anything that is wrong.
- Delete it, in the circumstances the law allows.
- Restrict or stop a particular use of it.
- Send it to you, or another provider, in a portable format.
- Stop relying on your consent, where consent is what we relied on.
Email [email protected] and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk, or to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate at aki.ee.
8. Security
Our website is served over HTTPS and our systems sit behind access controls, with data protection terms in place with the suppliers who process data for us. No system is perfect, but we take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or destruction.
9. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary to make the website work, including remembering your area and keeping forms secure. These do not require your consent.
Where we use analytics or measurement cookies, they are only set after you agree through the cookie banner, and you can change your mind at any time using the banner controls. We do not run advertising cookies.
10. Children
Our services are aimed at adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us their data, email us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed, and where a change materially affects you we will say so on the website or by email.
12. Contact us
Questions about this policy or about your data go to [email protected]. There is no central phone line – every area is run by its own manager, and email reaches us fastest.
