These terms govern your use of the Love My Cleaner website and area pages, and any enquiry or booking made through them. By using the website you agree to them. Love My Cleaner (“LMC”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a trading name of Liberation OÜ.

1. What Love My Cleaner is

Love My Cleaner connects customers with independent Area Managers who provide cleaning services in their own areas across the UK. We license the brand, the website and the supporting systems to those operators. We do not employ cleaners, run cleaning operations, or provide cleaning services ourselves. Every clean is carried out by an independent Area Manager and their team.

2. The Area Manager model

LMC operates an independent licensing model, not a franchise. Area Managers pay a one-off setup fee and a monthly licence fee based on the population of their area, and they run their businesses autonomously. We do not control their pricing, hiring, scheduling or day-to-day service delivery.

3. Enquiries and bookings

• You enquire or book through the website, which routes you to the Area Manager covering your postcode.
• The cleaning contract is between you and that Area Manager. LMC is not a party to it.
• An optional booking system is available in some areas. Area Managers may instead use their own systems.
• Payments are processed by third-party providers. We do not store full card details.
• Anything about the clean itself – quality, timing, access, damage – is resolved directly with the Area Manager.

4. Your responsibilities

• Give accurate information when you enquire or book, including address and access arrangements.
• Provide safe access to the property at the agreed time.
• Treat Area Managers and cleaners respectfully, and keep the working environment safe.
• Pay as agreed with the Area Manager.

5. Area Manager responsibilities

Area Managers and their cleaners are solely responsible for delivering the service, for its quality and safety, for compliance with applicable law, and for their own insurance, tax and employment obligations. LMC is not liable for their acts or omissions.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• LMC provides a platform and a brand licence. We are not responsible for the cleaning services themselves, or for disputes, damage, loss or injury arising from a booking.
• Our total liability, if any, will not exceed the licence or transaction fee we received in connection with your interaction.
• We exclude liability for indirect, consequential or special losses.

Nothing here excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your rights under UK consumer law.

7. Intellectual property

The website, its content, the logo and the Love My Cleaner brand are owned by or licensed to Liberation OÜ. You may not copy, reproduce or use them without written permission.

8. Third-party services

Links to third parties are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content, terms or services.

9. Privacy

How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Estonian law, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Estonian courts, except where UK consumer protection law provides otherwise – in which case you may bring a claim in your local UK court.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Changes are posted here with a revised date, and continued use of the website means you accept them.
